The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and The Writers Guild of America (WGA) have reportedly reached deals and made progress in negotiation with major film companies in regards to the ongoing strikes concerning actors and screenwriters pay and rights.

The strikes have brought the film industry to a halt in many places, including Idaho, with the exception of a few independent productions.

Stephanie Cullen is a film producer in Boise and is the CEO and founder of #OMGFemaleFilmmakers, a local production company that creates content for nonprofits.

In collaboration with The Boise Metro Chamber and The Garden City Chamber of Commerce, OMG Studios Boise, LLC and #OMGFemaleFilmmakers, LLC’s ribbon cutting and open house will take place on March 14, 2023. The open house will run from 12pm to 3pm, with the ribbon cutting at 12:30pm.

Golden Globe nominated actress Jane Merrow with OMG Studios Boise CEO and Founder, Steph Cullen, will be in attendance and cut the ribbon as we begin this journey of OMG Studios Boise.
