Policies and Guidelines

Policies:

  • A 50% deposit is required once we confirm your reservation

  • Your remaining payment is due 24-hours before your reserved session

  • If we need to clean up the space after you, there will be a cleaning fee, of not less than $100, that will be billed within 24-hours of your session

  • If damage and/or theft occurs, prompting us to close our studio for a day, there will be a $1000 fee, and we will assess whether we grant you access to the space in the future

  • If we need to repaint any of our walls, or replace any of our paper backdrops due to damage, there will be fee of not less than $300, that will be billed within 24-hours of your session

  • You are required to agree to and sign our Terms of Use prior to your reservation

  • You are required to have proof of personal property insurance and commercial general liability insurance covering Subscriber for property loss and damage, injury to Subscriber or Subscriber’s guests and prevention of or denial of use of or access to, all or part of the Studio, in minimum coverage of $500,000

  • Cancellation Policies

    • If you need to cancel within 7 to10 days of your reserved session, we will refund 90% of your deposit

    • If you need to cancel within 3 to 6 days of your reserved session, we will refund 50% of your deposit

    • If you need to cancel within 48 to 24-hours of your reserved session, no refund will be given

    • If you cancel more than 10 days in advance, you will receive a full refund

Guidelines:

  • We are an inclusive company, all are welcome with honor and respect. We will not tolerate bigotry, bullying, or gossiping

  • Be kind to the space, others who are utilizing the space, and our neighbors

  • We have a single ADA restroom that you all will be sharing, please clean up after yourself

  • Snacks and beverages are provided as a courtesy of OMG Studios Boise, if you utilize the space on a regular basis, let us know what your favorite snacks might be! And if you feel so inclined, you're welcome to supplement the snacks and beverages with your own donations

  • Leave the space better than you found it: clean up after yourself, take out the garbage if you fill the bins, wipe down countertops

  • No weapons, whether fake or real, are allowed on the premises

  • Our studio cannot be used to film any pornography

  • Our studio cannot be used to conduct or pursue any illegal activities

  • No smoking, drinking, or drugs allowed while at the studio

  • No alterations are allowed to the studio

  • Only service animals allowed unless with prior approval
